Our client is looking for a versatile Commercial Roofing professional to lead pre-construction, estimating, and project management. You ll manage projects from bid to closeout, ensuring they re delivered on time, on budget, and up to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimate and bid commercial roofing projects (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal). Lead pre-construction planning and develop scopes, budgets, and schedules. Manage vendor pricing, project hand-offs, and client communication. Oversee project execution, track progress, and handle change orders. Ensure safety, quality, and profitability on every job.
Qualifications:
5+ years in commercial roofing estimating/project management. Strong knowledge of flat and low-slope roofing systems. Experience running multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in construction software (Edge, Bluebeam, etc.). Excellent leadership and communication skills.
