As the Principal Product Manager, Industry Solutions for Construction & Field Services, you will be at the forefront of building end-to-end workflow capabilities tailored to the construction & field service industries. Your expertise in how general and specialty trade contractors operate will guide a cross-functional team of product leaders across the company to develop integrated solutions that transform customer businesses.

Collaboration with data scientists, product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers will be essential to define and deliver requirements that achieve product-market fit and differentiation for Intuit’s industry solutions. Responsibilities Develop and execute impactful product strategies addressing the needs of Construction & Field Service companies, aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to enable the sales pipeline, including post-launch activation, retention, and upsell. Partner closely with product teams, stakeholders, and business units to deliver customer impact and meet business goals. Define and execute a product roadmap supporting end-to-end workflow capabilities such as estimating, project management, scheduling, and dispatching technicians. Engage with engineering to leverage shared platform technologies and with business stakeholders to capture all product needs. Write high-quality product requirements and user stories to represent necessary capabilities. Analyze customer and product engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement. Minimum Requirements 8+ years of experience designing and delivering software products in a Product Management role, preferably in SaaS serving small to enterprise customers in Construction & Field Service industries. Experience managing a product roadmap. Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and develop recommendations. Data-driven approach with the ability to see both the big picture and detailed execution strategies. Experience working in matrixed organizations, influencing results through collaboration. Passion for building innovative products and solving complex customer problems. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying technical issues for decision-making. Bias for action and experience with rapid experimentation, delivering results that impact key metrics. Undergraduate degree in a technical field; advanced degree is a plus.
