As part of this next chapter, SoftBank Robotics America is seeking an accomplished Product and Program Manager of Construction Automation and Integration to lead the planning, execution, and integration of a sophisticated portfolio of automation initiatives that bring real-world impact to construction environments.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a visionary and experienced Product and Program Manager of Construction Automation and Integration to oversee the development and delivery of construction automation solutions, spanning embedded systems, robotics, AI-driven software platforms, and field-ready software and hardware solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in construction program management, systems integration and software development, and fluency with construction-oriented tools like the Autodesk Revit (or other BIM software), AI concepts and implementations, and current project management software platforms such as Smartsheet, Jira, Oracle Primavera, or Microsoft Project.

This is a strategic, hands-on role that requires exceptional leadership, rapid results orientation, technical fluency, and communication skills to align cross-functional and global teams-from R&D to field deployment-with business and operational goals.
