We're looking for an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead and develop our skilled construction crews. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in the field, leads by example, and is passionate about building people, systems, and world-class projects in foundation, concrete, basement, and crawlspace repair.

What You'll Do: Lead & Manage the Field Production Team (LMA):

  • Supervise and mentor multiple crews across various job types
  • Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on all job sites
  • Conduct daily huddles and regular check-ins with crew leaders

Drive Operational Excellence:

  • Monitor project timelines, crew productivity, and job quality
  • Troubleshoot issues and remove obstacles to meet customer expectations
  • Support with scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation in coordination with other departments

Coach & Develop Crew Leaders and Installers:

  • Train, Coach, Lead and upskill crew members to meet performance and safety standards
  • Conduct regular job site visits, evaluations, and feedback sessions
  • Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to company standards

Champion Safety & Compliance:

  • Lead safety meetings and ensure adherence to OSHA and internal protocols
  • Partner with crew leaders to enforce safety culture and practices

Support Project Completion & Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure clean, professional, and timely job completion
  • Deliver an outstanding homeowner experience every step of the way
  • Resolve escalations promptly and professionally

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experienced field leader with a background in construction, foundation repair, or structural work
  • Strong team manager and motivator who can lead from the front
  • Detail-oriented and skilled at managing schedules, logistics, and priorities
  • Committed to safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Comfortable working with job cost data and operational metrics
  • Familiar with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or open to learning

Additional Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Travel: May be required for occasional training opportunities.
  • Work Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays depending on workload
