Title: Project Controls Senior Manager - Construction
Location : Northeastern United States (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract
Compensation Pay Range:$175000-$250000/Yrs
Description • Oversee financial performance tracking of capital projects, including budget and expenditure management. • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. • Provide administrative support to finance teams and participate in leadership meetings. • Prepare and issue project controls reports as needed. • Review and analyze master program schedules and individual project timelines. • Support sales tax exemption program reporting requirements. • Assist in project closeout documentation and financial reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities • Manage budget tracking and financial reporting for construction projects. • Collaborate with internal audit teams to support monitoring programs and remediation plans. • Support project funding and budget transfer tracking. • Oversee commitment tracking, including purchase orders and miscellaneous costs. • Manage financial risk tracking throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide executive-level reporting and presentations.
Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field. • 10 years of experience in construction financial reporting or project accounting. • Strong presentation skills for executive-level reporting. • Proficiency in project management information systems and financial databases. • Experience with large-scale, multi-year construction projects.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead project teams.
