Project Coordinator, Solar Construction (Onsite)

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Onsite. Must be willing to work long shifts (10-12 hours per day), including nights and weekends, as required by the project schedule
Required:
•Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site at Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required) ;
•Experience with solar construction and commissioning projects (6-15 years);
•Experience in a supervisory or leader role in a renewable plant environment (5+ years);
•Experience coordinating QA/QC activities
•High school diploma or GED
Preferred :
•Technical degree or trade certification
•Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional).
Responsibilities :
•Assist in tasks related to activities involving negotiations, contract documents, and other legal/regulatory proceeding with regard to the wholesale power and natural gas business and related commercial transactions
•Review contractual agreements or proposed amendments for conformity to company policies or recommendations
•Generate outgoing contracts, amendments, and confirmations to trading partners
Maintain accurate records, coordinate and track incoming and outgoing documents and manage and maintain contract/counterparty database.
•Assist with Proforma development (including assumption validation) and complete reporting as needed.
•Oversee the execution of solar repower construction activities
•Coordinate QA/QC activities
