Project Engineer – Construction Milwaukee, WI | Full-Time | General Contractor About the Role: We’re seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our Milwaukee-based team. As a pivotal contributor to our construction projects, you’ll collaborate closely with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution from pre-construction through closeout. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Support project managers with document control, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Assist with estimating, procurement, and subcontractor coordination Maintain and monitor project schedules and budgets Track materials, deliveries, and jobsite logistics Prepare daily reports, meeting minutes, and progress documentation Participate in jobsite meetings and coordinate field activities as needed Ensure compliance with safety policies and quality standards Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, Construction Management preferred but not required 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word) Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based bonus Robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) Opportunities for career growth, mentorship, and continued learning A collaborative and values-driven culture with deep roots in Milwaukee’s development Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
