*About the Role*
As a Project Engineer, you’ll work closely with Project Managers to ensure each project is organized, on track, and prepared for what’s next. You’ll support scheduling, budgeting, materials coordination, and trade partner communication—all with the goal of delivering an exceptional client experience and a truly one-of-a-kind home.
*What You’ll Do*
* Create and monitor construction schedules to ensure projects stay on track
* Assist in generating and managing project budgets
* Coordinate trade partners and subcontractor schedules
* Support field teams with timely material deliveries and tools
* Manage and organize project selections and client-facing updates
* Ensure all details are prepared ahead of project milestones and meetings
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
* Working knowledge of construction processes and best practices
* Experience with scheduling and project management software
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
