Description
Analyze construction methods, including crane operations, formwork design, and site modifications
Create sketches and drawings to illustrate field conditions, clarify details, or propose alternatives
Ensure installation quality meets specifications and drawings
Manage RFI process, from field generation to implementation of answers
Actively participate in various project meetings and planning sessions
Organize and lead pre-installation meetings with subcontractors
Maintain delivery schedules and inspect incoming shipments as needed
Manage project closeout, including punchlist creation and completion tracking
Profile
Degree in an Engineering field or Construction Management
1-5 years of professional experience
An interest in or passion for construction
Driven by a commitment to excellence
Job Offer
Base salary of $70-$85K
