Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for commercial Construction projects Analyze plans, drawings, and specifications to forecast project costs Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to align on scope and budget Source and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing Monitor and update budgets throughout project execution Identify cost-saving strategies that maintain quality and performance Maintain organized records of estimates and financial documentation Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety codes, and internal procedures
