Job Description Lead multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Mentor and manage project managers, superintendents, and support staff. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Drive business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a senior project management or executive role. Proven track record of delivering complex commercial projects exceeding $20M. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
