In this role you will oversee teams working on projects ranging from $20-$200+ million. These projects include Hospitality, Education, Municipal, Multi-Family, and other Commercial Work. More Details: Scale of Work: Deal in multiple different commercial sectors. Strong majority of which being Hospitality projects for this role. Create & foster your own client network. Upcoming Backlog: Have over $650 million in backlog for this upcoming year. Mid-Size Feel with Large-Size Aspiration: With around 150 employees, the CEO will know who you are, but you will still have the ability to chase that large project size. Location: Office located in Northern Atlanta. Hybrid work environment as needed.
