Project Value: $300M+ (2 Major Projects) About Us We are a nationally recognized Industrial General Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex, large-scale projects across the Southeast. With two major projects valued at over $300 million each nearing the end of design and ready to break ground, we're looking for a seasoned Project Executive to join our high-performing operations team. The Role As a Project Executive , you'll be the operational lead across two high-profile industrial projects. You'll work closely with Senior Project Managers and field teams to ensure seamless execution from preconstruction through closeout. This is a strategic, office-based role with occasional site visits to rural job sites (typically a week at a time, once or twice a month). Key Responsibilities Lead project operations from design finalization through construction and turnover. Collaborate with design, estimating, and field teams to align project goals. Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are met or exceeded. Serve as the primary client liaison for operational matters. Mentor and support SPMs and field leadership. What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in industrial construction, with at least 3 years at PX or SPM level. Proven track record managing large-scale projects ($100M+). Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. Willingness to travel to rural job sites as needed. Based in or willing to relocate to Georgia or the Southeast region.
