Responsibilities: Lead full lifecycle management of highway and DOT infrastructure projects ($100M+) Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and NCDOT officials Manage field staff, superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors Maintain project schedules, costs, and quality to hit KPIs and margins Navigate change orders, RFI workflows, and compliance documentation Identify risk and resolve field issues with speed and accountability Monitor job cost, forecasting, and reporting metrics using HCSS/P6

Qualifications: 15+ years in heavy civil/highway construction Minimum 5 years managing DOT-funded project at an executive level Strong understanding of NCDOT standards and specs Familiarity with HCSS, Primavera (P6), Bluebeam, and Procore Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (preferred)
