Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of aviation projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and airport stakeholders to ensure all safety, quality, and schedule targets are met
- Ensure strict adherence to FAA/TSA regulations and airport-specific compliance standards
- Manage field operations and reporting, change orders, RFI tracking, and subcontractor performance
- Deliver progress updates to senior leadership and ensure alignment with client expectations
- Travel regularly to project sites across the country

This is a 100% on-site position. There is no remote option available. Candidates must be comfortable with a travel-based schedule and regular in-person collaboration.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5+ years of well-tenured, hands-on experience in construction project management, specifically within aviation
- Proven success delivering complex aviation builds such as hangars, terminals, and ground-up infrastructure in active airport environments
- Deep understanding of FAA/TSA compliance, safety protocols, and the nuances of airside construction
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively
- Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting abilities
- Travel readiness is essential, this role requires a consistent on-site presence across project locations in the U.S.
