Job Description
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through close-out
- Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain budgets, schedules, and contract compliance
- Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper execution
- Deliver high-quality results on time and within budget

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
- Background in grocery stores, retail centers, or big box builds preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in reading construction drawings and using project management software
- Based in or willing to commute to Boca Raton, FL and surrounding areas
