Project Manager
Are you ready to take the lead on high-impact commercial builds across the Southeast? We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio - including quality service restaurants, medical office buildings, and retail spaces.
Lead and oversee commercial construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule alignment.
Supervise and guide project administration staff and construction engineers; partner closely with Superintendents to set clear operational priorities.
Manage financial performance of projects, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on costs and revenue, ensuring alignment with original estimates.
Resolve project challenges related to labor, staffing, materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination.
Collaborate with the Safety Manager to uphold strict adherence to safety standards and goals on all job sites.
Foster strong, professional relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers to drive team cohesion and project success.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including RFI logs, change orders, and other essential records.

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in managing ground up broad commercial including retail, quick service restaurants and medical office buildings
Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
Leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
Quick problem-solving skills to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
A focus on safety, quality, and adherence to industry standards.
Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and client management.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
