Job Description

The Project Manager will be expected to:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all project phases from pre-construction to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Resolve project issues and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
