Job Description The Project Manager will be expected to: Plan, coordinate, and manage all project phases from pre-construction to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards. Resolve project issues and mitigate risks to keep projects on track. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
