About Our Client
Our client is a mid-sized commercial General Contractor located near Maryland Heights, MO. They work in a wide variety of commercial markets, primarily focused on Tenant Improvement projects below $5M in value but they are currently chasing larger Ground Up work.
Job Description
- Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure quality work.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align project goals.
- Implement safety and compliance measures across all projects.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all project activities.
- Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

The Successful Applicant
A successful applicant should have:
- A degree in civil engineering, architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in project management at a commercial general contractor
- Strong tenure with previous employers.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills.
