Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Our client, a nationally recognized leader in commercial construction, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end Office Tenant Improvement (TI) projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and client-focused delivery.

Key responsibilities Construction Project Manager - Commercial Construction in Los Angeles metro area:

• Lead all phases of project execution, including preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout
• Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards
• Oversee subcontractor performance and coordination to maintain project timelines
• Act as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and relationship management
• Monitor and manage project budgets, change orders, and risk assessments
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to stakeholders regarding project status and financial
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

A successful candidate for Construction Project Manager - Commercial Construction in Los Angeles metro area:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial building and construction projects, with a strong emphasis on Office Tenant Improvement work
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced, occupied, and phased build-outs in urban and corporate environments
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, scheduling software (P6, MS Project), and project management tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
