Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of assigned projects Maintain budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Serve as the main point of contact between the client, subs, and internal teams Partner with field supervisors to ensure quality and safety Drive results while maintaining positive relationships
Requirements: 3–10 years of GC-side experience in construction project management Strong communication and leadership skills Experience managing commercial projects (ground-up or interiors) Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Procore, MS Project, Buildertrend) Detail-oriented and motivated to grow
