Project Manager

Location: Orlando, FL

Salary Range: $95-110k

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll run point on commercial and adaptive reuse projects from precon to closeout. You'll lead planning efforts, coordinate with in-house architects and subs, and keep things moving on time and within budget. You'll be the face of the project-working with ownership, clients, and internal teams to deliver results that make a real impact on the Orlando skyline. Manage ground-up and interior buildout projects from design through turnover Coordinate directly with in-house architecture and design teams Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors Oversee buyout, scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation Lead weekly OAC and internal coordination meetings Actively manage risk, change orders, and field performance What You Bring 5+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 2 as a Project Manager Strong background in scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management Ability to read and interpret construction documents confidently Collaborative mindset-able to work closely with design and field teams Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms Bonus: Experience in design-build or working with in-house architects What You'll Gain Leadership role in some of the most visible and creative projects in Orlando Close connection to leadership and design teams The chance to be part of community-focused builds that go beyond the jobsite Access to company-hosted events, team outings, and development opportunities A voice in shaping project direction, team culture, and future growth
