We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from concept to completion. This role demands a leader with exceptional project management skills to deliver results within budget, on schedule, and up to the highest quality standards. The position involves managing budgets, schedules, teams, and client relationships, while ensuring seamless collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all phases are completed on time and within scope.

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring cohesive project progress.

  • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

  • Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Oversee cost estimation, procurement, and budget management to maintain financial accountability.

  • Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, CMIC, ASTA, Excel, and Bluebeam.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, project management methodologies, and safety standards.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to handle complex, multi-phase projects.

  • Excellent communication abilities to foster collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
