Job Description

The Project Manager will be expected to:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage contracts, change orders, and other project-related documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager Commercial Construction should have:
