About Our Client

Job Description
The Project Manager will be expected to:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and management.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives efficiently and effectively.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and other project-related documentation.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager Commercial Construction should have:
- A solid background in commercial construction project management within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- A thorough understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and building regulations.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
