Description
Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings
Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus
5+ years of experience in construction project management
Proven track record of managing commercial or residential construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
