Job Description

Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to closeout. Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery. Oversee budget, cost control, and risk management. Lead progress meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Drive quality control and resolve on-site issues efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a GC, ideally in K-12, municipal, or commercial sectors. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Local market knowledge (South Florida) is a plus.
