Job Description

The role involves:

  • Leading and managing construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Conducting regular site visits and progress meetings
  • Resolving issues and conflicts that arise during construction
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of managing commercial or residential construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
