Commercial Construction Project Manager:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Must have experience leading diverse commercial construction projects from inception to completion
  • Ability to manage and run projects $10M+
  • Strong communication skills with Superintendents, Subcontractors and Owners
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • No travel required
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
