Job Details What You’ll Do: Oversee the full construction lifecycle, from preconstruction coordination through project closeout Lead a team of Superintendents and Project Engineers to ensure project success Source and award subcontractor bids aligned with scope, schedule, and design expectations Monitor project costs, schedules, and resources—proactively addressing slippage or change Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline workflows and solve problems Ensure compliance with permitting requirements, construction protocols, and safety standards Facilitate design reviews, value engineering efforts, and MEP implementation Coordinate closeout activities and prepare all final documentation
What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction, architecture, or engineering 3+ years managing the preconstruction phase or 5+ years in full-cycle construction management Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
