Project Manager - Commercial Construction

A highly-respected design build commercial construction company is seeking a Project Manager to join their organization in central Phoenix. This company develops a wide range of projects, typically in the $10M - $75M range. Focusing on client relationship building they pride themselves on repeat business and developing long lasting relationships with their clients.
The company offers a full range of services with expertise in all sectors of the construction industry. Areas of focus are diverse commercial and industrial ground up and renovation projects . They develop outstanding professionals and leaders who grow with the firm and who help the firm grow!
Project Manager Qualifications: Must have a proven work history working with a Commercial General Contractor or a Commercial/industrial Developer Builder. 5+ years experience managing commercial construction ground up projects at least $5M or larger from start to finish (renovation projects are okay, just not preferred) A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Applicants with relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered. Practical experience in project management Excellent people skills
