Work model:
On-Site What you will do: Oversee project documentation to ensure accuracy in subcontracts, purchase orders, payable statements, and financial reporting Manage project changes and correspondence, including RFI's, submittals, ASIs, change orders, and stakeholder communications Monitor buyout progress and monthly reports to maintain financial transparency and meet profit objectives Ensure schedules and budgets align with established financial goals, optimizing project efficiency and cost-effectiveness Lead estimation efforts on new projects to secure competitive bids and accurate cost projections Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, providing clear schedule expectations and addressing project needs proactively Support field operations by assisting superintendents in enforcing safety requirements and managing material procurement Build strong owner relationships, balancing project goals with customer expectations on schedule, quality, and cost What you will need to be successful: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in construction engineering or a related field preferred 5-7 years of experience within construction management or equivalent combination of training and experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Timberline is a plus Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to coach employees through complex challenges.
