Job Description

• Manage and guide commercial construction projects from conception to completion
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Lead and direct the work of others

The Successful Applicant

• A strong background in commercial construction
• Proven experience managing construction projects
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Strong working knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines
