This is an opportunity to join a highly reputable commercial general contractor operating in the Tampa Bay area. For over 30 years, this firm has built a strong reputation for excellence in commercial, industrial, medical, retail, office, institutional, and interior construction while delivering safe, well-managed, technically adept projects.
Key Responsibilities Lead commercial projects-from preconstruction through close-out-across sectors including industrial, retail, medical, office, and institutional. Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, design teams, and on-site superintendents. Drive quality, safety, and schedule compliance through daily oversight and proactive problem-solving. Maintain accurate project documentation, weekly reports, and ensure proper team coordination. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience Proven track record with ground-up and renovation projects, ideally in multiple markets Excellent client-facing and leadership skills Hands-on understanding of construction methods, cost controls, and scheduling best practices Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore or MS Project Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Why Join This Team?
