Job Description
- Oversee all construction activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget
- Manage trades to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor project schedules, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate site documentation

The Successful Applicant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive project success
- Extensive experience in commercial ground-up construction with a focus on quality and safety
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to collaborate with stakeholders and resolve challenges
- Proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, and use of construction management software
- Committed to maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and on-site organization
