Job Description
Responsibilities for the Project Manager - Commercial Ti Construction role in Irvine:
- Oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Commercial Ti Construction in Irvine
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Proven experience in building and construction with commercial projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation.
- Knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and regulations.
