Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle: budgeting, bidding, contracts, scheduling, QA/QC, financials, and closeout. Build and lead a high-performance team including APMs, Project Engineers, and subcontractors. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design partners, trade partners, and clients. Drive execution against project budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants—ensuring repeat business. Utilize tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or equivalent platforms to ensure transparency and project control. Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal growth, culture, and process excellence. Ensure safety, compliance, and risk mitigation throughout the construction process.
Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (data centers a plus). Proven track record managing projects $5M+ in scope from pre-con to closeout. Confident communicator with clients and internal teams. Strong knowledge of contract documents, scopes of work, estimating, and scheduling. Experience with design-build or fast-track environments preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
