Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the data center construction project from preconstruction through closeout. Lead cross-functional teams including superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Maintain project schedule and budget; proactively identify and mitigate risks. Oversee RFI, submittal, change order, and billing processes. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures. Collaborate with client representatives, design teams, and internal leadership to ensure alignment. Conduct regular site walks, team meetings, and progress reporting. Monitor subcontractor performance and drive accountability to meet project milestones.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction; data center and mission-critical project required. Proven track record managing projects over $50M in value. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil or Architectural Engineering, or related field Strong estimating and preconstruction experience Deep understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, Primavera P6, and SharePoint Demonstrated commitment to job site safety and compliance Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
