Job Description

Working closely with owners and contractors to facilitate the general construction planning. They are the agent for the owner on their project and manage the GC. Almost no travel whatsoever- day trips at most. Initially expected in office every day but flexibility offerings long-term.

The Successful Applicant

Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Similar Degree - 8-15 years of Cradle to Grave Construction Experience - Preconstruction and/or Construction Background - Consistent tenure - Mid to large sized projects ($10M - $30M+) -NO RETAIL OR SMALL PROJECT EXPERIENCE
