Project Manager - Construction Observation & Testing

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 (Based on relevant experience and education)
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction observation and materials testing
- At least 3 years in a Project Manager role
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus
- Candidates without a degree must have 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with final report preparation and field/laboratory testing of:
- Soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and structural steel
- Certifications preferred: NICET, WACEL, ICC, and/or ACI
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven project coordination ability
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and access to a personal vehicle
