As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all facets of the business.

Position Overview: The Project Manager will serve as the backbone of our Projects—overseeing communication with clients and subcontractors, managing schedules and inventory, tracking financial activity, maintaining a strong online presence, and helping drive company growth through consistent follow-up on leads. This individual must be highly organized, a strong communicator, and driven to improve systems and results.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for customer service and client communication

Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure schedules and expectations are clear and met

Manage project and company-wide schedules to ensure timely completion of work

Track incoming and outgoing funds and collaborate with accounting for accurate financial records

Oversee and maintain inventory tracking and procurement

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance and financial reports

Manage social media accounts and implement strategies to grow online presence

Follow up on all leads and actively contribute to new business development

Ensure workspaces are clean, organized, and presentable for subcontractors and customers

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in operations management and project management or a similar role (construction/contracting experience is a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Tech-savvy and comfortable with project management tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems

High level construction skills to help complete onsite job tasks as needed, and highly knowledgeable in all areas of construction.

Familiarity with financial tracking and inventory management

Social media marketing experience is a bonus

Self-motivated and committed to driving results

Ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment
