Project Manager - Construction

Are you a hands-on, organized, and experienced construction professional ready to take your career to the next level? We are currently seeking a Project Manager with 4-6 years of experience in construction project management , preferably with a background in horizontal construction , to lead and manage exciting infrastructure projects across Rancho Cordova and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and communicate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Compile accurate cost estimates by analyzing material, labor, equipment, transportation, and subcontractor costs.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure the timely delivery of all phases.
Supervise construction crews and ensure projects meet budget, safety, and quality standards.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site, including contract disputes and logistical concerns.
Track change orders and manage all additional work documentation.
Support office staff with billing, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Handle multiple ongoing projects, typically ranging from 45 days to 1 year in duration.
Qualifications:
5+ years of construction project management experience (horizontal construction ).
Strong background in project planning, estimating, and coordination .
Proven track record of stable employment and successful project delivery.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project .
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Clean driving record.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a team environment.
