This role will join a strong project team under the leadership of a Project Executive, providing operational oversight and ensuring successful execution from start to finish.

What You'll Get: Competitive salary range of $130,000-$150,000/year plus bonus Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits 401k matching, company perks, and advancement opportunities Supportive team culture committed to continuous learning and development What You'll Do: Manage day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects from precon through close-out Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet timelines and budget targets Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all phases of the project Lead subcontractor scope review, contract management, and procurement processes Track schedules, monitor job costs, and prepare project reporting Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication and satisfaction Who You Are: Experienced Project Manager with a 5+ years in commercial construction Strong knowledge of construction methods, project documentation, and scheduling tools Excellent communicator and team collaborator Based in New Mexico (or open to relocating to Albuquerque or Hobbs) Legally authorized to work in the United States Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
