The Project Manager will report to the VP, Development and manage a portfolio of projects for our dual brands business. Responsibilities include assisting with bid preparation, contract submittals, traffic control plan preparation and permit applications. The Project Manager also collaborates with the Project Team to develop schedules, monitor project progress, coordinate subcontractors, and manage other project-related activities. Responsibilities: Plan, organize and direct activities related to dual brands construction projects Prepare project budgets, bids, agreements, and contracts Track all project costs Develop and update project schedules Analyze and identify issues, developing solutions to meet project requirements Serve as the liaison between the NPS management, operations and field personnel to facilitate project activities. Monitor and control projects to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget Monitor project progress, attend project meetings, and prepare and submit status reports.
