STV is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our PM/CM Group in Seattle, WA.

Key responsibilities will include organizing cross-functional activities, coordinating project work efforts for the completion of the project (i.e., project deliverables, schedule, and budget). The candidate must be capable of managing and directing the development of proposals, project initiation, project execution/control, and project closeout for construction projects. Responsibilities also include managing project budgets, extra work requests, and invoicing. The Senior Project Manager participates in project-specific marketing, proposal preparation, and presentations to secure projects. They plan the complete project execution and develop the project manual. The role involves working with Senior Managers to schedule and monitor manpower requirements against the project budget/spending, including managing activities related to scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, manpower, discipline requirements, resources, procurement, and risk management to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience as the senior member of a project team, interacting with clients on site. Ability to assist senior leaders in managing projects from initiation through closeout. Ability to help procure work opportunities within the market sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; good verbal and written communication skills. Experience with BIM, P6, Procore, or E-builder is a plus. Certifications such as LEED, DBIA, PMP, CCM, RA, PE are advantageous but not required. Formal training in project management preferred. Understanding of project contract terms and scope of work.
