Client-Facing Leadership: Be the senior representative on-site, driving project success from preconstruction through closeout. Strategic Influence: Collaborate with senior leadership to shape project execution and contribute to market growth. Innovation-Driven: Work with cutting-edge tools like BIM, P6, Procore, and E-builder. What You'll Be Doing Orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance construction outcomes. Managing full project lifecycle: proposals, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout. Ensuring scope, cost, quality, and risk are aligned with client expectations. Supporting business development efforts and contributing to proposal strategy and presentations. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in Data Center or mission-critical construction. Strong command of Microsoft Office; familiarity with BIM, P6, Procore a plus. Certifications like LEED, PMP, CCM, RA, PE are valued but not required. Excellent communication, contract comprehension, and leadership skills.
