Description Location: UCHealth Leprino Building AMC, Aurora, CO Department: Facilities Design and Construction FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $41.43 - $62.15 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position requires onsite presence and does not offer a hybrid or remote option. Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager overseeing planning, design, and construction projects within a healthcare environment! Responsibilities: Lead capital projects, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, codes, and Facility Guidelines Institute standards (FGI). Manage competitive bidding processes and negotiate contracts with architecture, engineering, and construction firms. Resolve project issues with guidance, maintaining high-quality standards throughout design and construction phases. Direct the design and construction process, collaborating with senior executives and stakeholders during meetings. Utilize critical thinking and decisive judgment, thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a relevant field. Preferred: Master's Degree in a relevant field. 3 years of progressive experience in planning, design, and construction.
