Job Description

Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from planning to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Develop and maintain construction schedules to meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality control. Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

The Successful Applicant

• 7+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Experience with commercial projects valued at $1M+
• Pre-construction experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for construction
