Job Summary:
  • The Project Manager oversees construction projects (residential exterior remodel and/or new construction commercial exterior installs) from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with deep knowledge of construction processes (emphasizing expertise in exteriors and siding) and project management.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Report to and communicate effectively with the Production Manager.
  • Oversee site activity and collaborate with field supervisors and installation crews.
  • Manage subcontractor selection, contracts, and performance.
  • Track project progress, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Submit and review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch lists.
  • Report regularly to management on job status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits and walkthroughs to ensure quality and adherence to specs.
  • Average work week of 50+ hours, which includes Saturday's as needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management with experience or a minimum 5 years in construction project management required
  • Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Strong emphasis on exterior cladding/siding.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Implement and maintain an OSHA compliant construction safety program, including OSHA 300A logs
  • Complete or maintain your own OSHA 30 Construction Certification
  • Experience in pulling trailers
  • Spanish not required but highly preferred.
