Job Description Project Planning & Execution Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans, ensuring alignment with federal contract requirements and project objectives. Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract administration, ensuring timely execution of work in compliance with government regulations. Lead and coordinate pre-construction planning, kick-off meetings, and project mobilization to ensure smooth project execution. Compliance & Compliance Management Ensure all project activities adhere to FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations), Davis-Bacon Act, and federal security protocols. Review and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications, ensuring compliance with government contract terms. Maintain thorough documentation of project communications, contract modifications, and compliance reporting. Financial & Risk Management Track project costs, budget forecasts, and financial performance, identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns. Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and vendor contracts to maintain cost control. Support preparation of government invoices, work-in-place tracking, and financial reporting for accurate billing and contract compliance. Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination Serve as the primary liaison between owners, government agencies, field teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership. Lead and facilitate weekly project meetings, progress updates, and issue resolution discussions. Engage with government officials, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project communication and execution.
